Job Description:

As a Dynamics 365 Functional Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to sales, marketing, customer service, and other areas of customer engagement.

Solution Design: Design scalable and efficient solutions using Dynamics 365 CE that meet the client s business needs. Create functional design documents, including configuration, customization, and integration requirements.

Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE to implement the designed solutions. This may include entity customization, business process flow design, workflow automation, and UI customization.

Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other systems, such as ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, and third-party applications.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that the implemented solutions meet quality standards and fulfill the business requirements.

Training and User Adoption: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Create training materials and documentation as needed.

Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and performing regular system updates and patches.

Best Practices and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features and best practices related to Dynamics 365 CE. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance system performance, and optimize user experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.

Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.

Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting in Dynamics 365 CE.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate are preferred.
