Job Title: Conversational AI Quality Assurance Tester Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Interview: Video Visa Type: USC/GC/GCEAD/H4EAD Job Description:- Required Qualifications: 7+ years experience Quality Assurance testing Conversational AI Virtual Assistants (Voice & Chat) in enterprise contact centers 4+ years experience implementing automated testing leveraging Cyara Botium & Velocity Excellent relationship-building skills and proven ability to work collaboratively through various lines of business and functional areas, promoting a culture of proactive teamwork English as a first language as a hard must have due to the voice bot testing requirements Preferred Qualifications: Experience testing IBM Watson Assistant Voice & Chat Bots Familiar testing language models, text to speech, speech to text Familiarity with leveraging Postman for API testing Experience working in SAFe / Agile methodology Understanding of Rally for project and test management Knowledge and experience testing software applications within the Healthcare industry Experience interpreting dialog flows in LucidChart and/or Visio Healthcare experience a plus Key Responsibilities: Lead Automation engineer with hands-on experience with Conversational AI Virtual Assistants Voice and Chat bots leveraging Cyara automation testing tools Accountable for initiatives of high complexity, high risk, and high visibility; handle multiple initiatives of varied complexity simultaneously; provide feedback on and suggestions for improving QA Procedures Able to implement a continuous testing approach and add efficiency to the way teams work, speed to adopting innovations, quality and test automation Ensure test coverage and execution of test cases that exercise all critical inter-system integration points, including creation, execution and automation of complex functional and regression test scenarios to avoid leaked defects.
