| From: Anita Rani Sahoo, VYZE INC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Hope you are doing well please find the requirement below and kindly let me know if you have good consultant for this Title : IAM Engineer Location: Hybrid, TX (Local) Duration : 6 Months Visa : USC/GC Job Overview: As a Senior Engineer , you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and support of equipment/software ensuring the environments are optimized, patched, and available for business operations. This role involves collaborating with peer administrative teams to maintain standards, documentation, and system integrity. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support identity management and governance products, specifically Saviynt or SailPoint. Ensure systems are continually monitored for capacity, utilization, and performance to avoid business disruptions. Proactively work on continuous improvement by identifying cost reductions and productivity improvements. Maintain system landscape documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and controls. Participate in an on-call rotation, providing timely and accurate updates to work tickets and managing incidents. Implement and enforce policies, processes, procedures, and controls. Research, evaluate, and recommend applications and solutions for system enhancements. Required Skills and Experience: 3-6 years of experience in the customization, configuration, and deployment of Identity Management and Governance products such as Saviynt or SailPoint. Strong technical proficiency in managing complex IT infrastructures. Experience in Infrastructure administration related to hardware and software components. Proficient in ITIL concepts; ITIL Foundation certification is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate up and down the organizational hierarchy. Strong team player who can collaborate across multiple functions and disciplines. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or technical degree in related field or equivalent experience. At least 3 years experience in a relevant role. Demonstrated ability to deliver results, act as a change agent, and remain highly motivated and detail-oriented.
