Work in a team environment and collate feedback from all levels within the business and technical environments - Business SMEs, Scrum Master, Product Owner, IT infrastructure and SAP Business Analyst teams. Leverage continuously improving processes and operations. Partner with business users to understand requirements; identify gaps and be thorough. Work in Agile Methodology and SAFe. This is an onsite opportunity, open to candidates living in, or, willing to relocate to the Dallas Texas area. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience and in-depth Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Tableau and Business Objects. 5+ years of Strong SQL skills using DB2, Oracle, HANA, and SQL databases. 5+ years of Tableau and Business Objects reports performance optimization and tuning. Strong knowledge of best practices for dashboards and BI reporting. Experience with business intelligence visualization tools and business intelligence tools. Experience with predictive and prescriptive data analytics, to include regression analysis and simulation. Strong experience in in visualizing data to effectively communicate findings Strong experience in data warehouse concepts and query and reporting analysis tools Provide expertise around BI processes and identify potential adverse impacts related to configuration changes Proficiency in Excel Outstanding problem-solving skills Collaborate with various functional teams to achieve required business results Understanding of the Data warehouse life cycle right from data source to ETL to transformations to multidimensional models like data marts, star schema and Reporting.
