Equipment: The resource will execute the work using equipment provided by their employer (or will need to use their own equipment) for development. The equipment needs to meet or exceed the NSF Computer Equipment Minimum Specifications (attached NSF Comp Specs). 3. All Java Front-end and Full stack developers need to get a Mac. 4. Once selected resource needs to go to NSF HQ in Alexandria, VA to collect the NSF Badge 1.Be an active Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC) 6 with experience delivering and certifying SAFe 6 courses using SAFe Collaborate: SA, SP, RTE, SSM, SASM, SDP, APM, LPM, POPM, ARCH, ASE, SGP 2.Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to institute ORK framework for measuring progress and effectiveness at all levels 3.Help drive adoption of end-to-end Agile transformation strategy with Lean-Agile ways of working and SAFe as a cornerstone 4.Advise on operating models and transformation governance 5.Be a certified AgiltyHelath Facilitator (AHF) and perform AgilityHealth maturity assessments & recommend strategies to address growth items 6.Expert in coaching, training, and mentoring roles from leadership to teams on their respective functions within SAFe 7.Act as role model embodying Agile values, principles, and demonstrating success patterns 8.Actively facilitate and coach LPM and ART events 9.Support Agile tooling administration, strategy, and adoption: SAFe for Enterprise, AgilityHealth, Atlassian Cloud Enterprise (Jira/Confluence), etc. 10.Help identify and coach champions within functional areas who can evangelize Agile and act as local mentors/coaches in their area 11.Develop Lean-Agile training materials and deliver content for and to both existing teams and the onboarding of new talent 12.Help launch and mature Communities of Practices and interaction/pollination across DT and the business 13.Raise recurring/widely observed issues and bottlenecks to stakeholders; develops and implements comprehensive solutions. 14.Coach organization through change, helping identify and attack organizational impediments which limit team productivity and quality 15.Help develop and monitor metrics to track Agile adoption and maturity to aid in accelerating overall Agile transformation efforts 16.Create an environment that values and promotes autonomy, skill mastery, empowerment, transparency, innovation, learning 17.Foster a fail-safe, fail-fast environment where experiments lead to the best solution 18.Promote lean thinking principles such as reduced cycle times, limiting work in progress, reduced batch size, understanding of flow, identification of waste/inefficiencies and leading remediation efforts.
