Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of DevOps initiatives within the pharmaceutical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with software development, QA, and infrastructure teams to establish DevOps best practices, tools, and automation frameworks. Strong understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and tools, including CI/CD, version control, infrastructure as code, and automated testing. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Project management certification PMP, Agile, Scrum.
