Consultant should be well versed in BCDR documentation, assessment, analysis, risk mitigation strategies, testing and training best practices and plan development. Resource/Service Request: BCDR expert(s) will assist with outreach and requirements gathering for 5 agencies with the intention of teaching ETS staff BCDR program workflows and process methodologies to incorporate the remaining agencies into the BCDR plan. Additional deliverables include business impact analysis and disaster recovery strategy guide. Business Needs & Objectives: Creation of BCDR program and methodology including gap analysis, recovery strategies and roadmaps.
