This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing candidates from across the United States to apply. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements related to Smart Dispute, fraud, and card disputes. Design and implement business strategies and solutions to address banking challenges. Lead the development and implementation of Smart Dispute systems. Provide subject matter expertise in fraud management and card dispute processes. Liaise with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Requirements: Proven experience (10+ years) as a Business Architect or in a related role within the banking or financial services industry. Strong understanding of Smart Dispute, fraud management, and card dispute processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
