EOG will be looking for a candidate who can do the core development on applications and handle packages, procedures , etc. They need to be able to discuss where they have done Custom Development WITHOUT using Informatica. She suggested we ask Candidates upfront ; How long has it been since you did core development in Oracle Give me some examples of where you recently did development with PL/SQL ( She added - Don't let them use reports or ETL work as part of this work experience).
