| Hello Job Title: Salesforce Developer Interview Process: 2-rounds onsite in NYC Location: New York, NY Length of Contract: Long term Only USC, GC ,H4ead JD - - 3-5 years development experience in Salesforce - Salesforce Data model and Security - Business requirements analysis and solution delivery - Data migration using Talend, APEX Data loader - Salesforce build and deployment processes - Salesforce security best practices - Experience with customisation on Salesforce Lightening platform - Certification: Platform Developer II (PDII) - Business acumen, financial metrics and key performance drivers. - Salesforce declarative capabilities - APEX classes, Triggers, Batch APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Framework, Lightning Components - API REST web services - Querying data using SOQL - HTML/CSS/ JavaScript - Version control - - Advantageous: - CI/CD infrastructure - Data and infrastructure security - Pardot - Community Cloud - Cvent - Hands on experience troubleshooting technical issues on Salesforce platform end to end (application, integration layers etc.) Salesforce declarative capabilities - APEX classes, Triggers, Batch APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Framework, Lightning Components - API REST web services - Querying data using SOQL - HTML/CSS/ JavaScript - Version control - - Advantageous: - CI/CD infrastructure - Data and infrastructure security - Pardot - Community Cloud - Cvent Strategic Planning Design, Programming and Configuration - Understand the Firms Business Plan - Passionate about wring code in Salesforce with supporting unit tests - Based on specifications - design and writes maintainable programs/configurations or services to meet requirements - Partcipate in projects for investigation of new apps in AppExchange and other integraons - Rigour to follow through on detailed tesng of enhancements - Is the primary design, coder, unit tester of the solutions - Produce bug free changes within ght melines - Demonstrate a disciplined approach to code change and deployments - Proacvely and positively support legacy Salesforce systems and understand their design - Keeping abreast of developer-related changes in Salesforce major releases and monitor impacts to the excising codebase. - Document the applicant to facilitate maintenance and participate in go-live support - Incident troubleshooting, resoluon and technical root cause analysis to address the problem permanently Business Performance User Support - Understand the Firms long term revenue and profitability by understanding the metrics and targets. - Understand and contribute to other business plan targets. - Responsible for the maintenance of Salesforce orgs and ensuring breakages are fixed in a timely and quality manner. - Proactively manage the issues to define the root cause and recommend permanent solutions. - Display approachable manner and understand users issues when support is required and resolve the issue appropriately Policy and Process Management - Comply with all policies and delegations applicable to the activities and decisions required in this role.
