Enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness through expertise in SAP SCM. Responsibilities: Implement SAP S/4HANA SCM solutions, emphasizing Materials Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Extended Warehouse Management. Analyze and translate SAP SCM processes for effective communication and configuration. Ensure synergy between SCM and other SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, PP, MDG). Optimize supply chain processes through SAP solutions, supporting overall business efficiency. Develop and deliver high-quality SAP training materials using SAP EnableNow or uPerform. Support Organization Change Management (OCM) activities related to business process and technology transformation. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 7 years of SAP SCM experience with 2 end-to-end implementations/rollouts in SAP S/4HANA SCM. Expertise in SAP SCM processes within wholesale distribution and discrete manufacturing industries. Integration knowledge with other SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, PP, MDG). Proficient in developing and delivering training materials using SAP EnableNow or uPerform. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in consulting and stakeholder management.
