Title: Cybersecurity Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months Visa: GC, USC, H4EAD Job Description:- Cybersecurity engineers are responsible for understanding and contributing to Security by Design practices, secure application software development lifecycle practices, security testing and assessment, and the integration of Security with DevOps. This role is responsible for security engineering of the cloud (AWS, Azure) environments and vulnerability management of both Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and application development (SAST/DAST). Engineers will spend their time helping development teams identify and track security risks to remediation while embracing concepts of agile delivery and DevOps. Positions Contributions to Work Group: - Cybersecurity engineers are responsible for understanding and contributing to Security by Design practices, secure application software development lifecycle practices, security testing and assessment, and the integration of Security with DevOps. - This role is responsible for security engineering of the cloud (AWS, Azure) environments and vulnerability management of both Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and application development (SAST/DAST). - Engineers will spend their time helping development teams identify and track security risks to remediation while embracing concepts of agile delivery and DevOps. Interaction with team: - Working with India group/team; up to 12-15 people on team. Work environment: - 100% remote; via MS Teams Education & Experience Required: - Degree (cybersecurity related) with 5+ years experience in role - Masters degree (cybersecurity related) with 5+ years experience - Associates or no degree, will need 7+ years experience Technical Skills (Required) - 5+ years Cybersecurity experience - Professional certification (CISSP, CCSP, GWAPT, GWEB, AWS SA / Certified Security, etc.) - Familiarity with ServiceNow VM and GRC modules - Development of automation and scripting 5-7 years experience. - GitHub workflow experience (creating actions) and/or Azure DevOps pipeline experience. - DAST experience (Rapid7 preferred). -- Keywords: information technology green card microsoft Hiring!!! - Cybersecurity Engineer - Remote [email protected] |
