Proven experience as a ServiceNow Reporting Specialist or similar role 2. Strong proficiency in ServiceNow reporting tools such as Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboarding. 3. Solid understanding of data visualization techniques and best practices. 4. Experience with SQL/ programming languages for data manipulation and reporting. 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and understand business objectives. 2. Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using ServiceNow reporting tools such as Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboarding. 3. Analyse data trends and patterns to identify insights and opportunities for process improvement. 4. Maintain and optimize existing reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance. 5. Manage and Maintain ServiceNow privileges. 6. Provide technical expertise and support to users for report generation, troubleshooting, and training. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the ServiceNow platform and recommend best practices for reporting. 8. Document reporting solutions, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and training purposes. 9. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate reporting solutions with other systems and tools as needed. Preferred Qualifications: 1. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. 2. Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Service Portal. 3. Familiarity with ITIL processes and principles. 4.
