Juliet, TN; New York, NY; Purchase, NY; Topeka, KS Preferred Locations: Purchase, NY; Morristown, NJ; Charlotte, NC Duration: 12 months MOI: Video Notes: Need full education with Year Need Visa/DL Copies Need LinkedIn This is a QA Lead leading up to 5 people onshore and offshore model 2 testers focused on FSRI 2 testers on FSCD 1 tester focused on GL Offshore team is in London (1) and India (2) MUST HAVES for the role Need to have SAP modules and insurance experience Need to be familiar with sub-ledger FSCD: this is their main one need to have this one FS-RI is a reinsurance module need this P&C experience must have -recent Cant sub in other SAP modules must have excellent communication skills Property and Causality insurance experience is a must have Must have experience SAP modules such as FSCD, FS-RI, SAP BP, Workflow, and FiGL Must Have SAP Tosca and ChaRM ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Lead QA team of 3-6 members at onsite/offshore environment. Troubleshoot and triage source-to-target system data using XML, log viewers, interface, and SAP data. Construct and execute test cases for new enhancement and defect fixes. Document test failures to assist the developers to investigate the failure. Maintain and update regression test scripts with each new release. Coordinate testing with other application teams. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of SAP experience in FSCD, FS-RI, SAP BP, Workflow, and Fi GL modules. Proficiency with SAP TOSCA Automation Tool and SAP Solution Manager (Sol Man). Ability to create new test cases, analyze failures, and fix the test scripts independently. Strong collaborative skills to work with various SAP teams and comprehend automation requirements. Must have 2+ years of Business Analysis (BA), Quality Analyst (QA) experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector. Experience in BA and/or QA application maintenance, enhancement, and Production Support in IT systems. Knowledge of SAP BAPI/RFC and integration experience with upstream applications, particularly Guide Wire or similar Policy/Claim Administration Systems. Proficient in developing and reviewing test plans, scenarios, cases, scripts, and in bug/defect analysis. Experience with SAP Charm for release management and coordination with SAP BASIS teams for production deployments. A solid foundation in SAP and a thorough understanding of software testing life cycles. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Possess analytical and troubleshooting skills. Experience leading teams in an onsite-offshore working environment model. Knowledge of the insurance/reinsurance domain is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree and above from an accredited college or university.
