They present an aggregated view of testing to the senior management and serve as the escalation point for the testers. Experience working in the banking domain, ideally Payments Channels. (Required) Minimum 8 years formal experience. Strong test leadership background. Minimum 4 years of previous test manager experience. Experience utilizing project management tools (JIRA). Experience utilizing test case management tools (Qtest). Ability to create comprehensive test plans and test strategy documents. Experience in tracking testing metrics and reporting. Experience in authoring test cases in Gherkin. Experience testing Web Services (REST/SOAP/XML/JSON/Postman/Swagger, etc.) Exposure to test automation UI and API (Selenium, Cucumber, Postman). Knowledge of automated configuration management, build processes, & requirement tools. Strong troubleshooting skills combined with the ability to break down complex issues. Ability to comprehend business requirements and specification documents. Experience in setting standards and guidelines on the choice of automation tools.
