Job Title: Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Experience: 12+ Years Responsibilities: Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (FIC) Business Requirements, Analysis, Design, Configuration, Integration and Quality Assurance. Candidate must have experience in at least 4 full-fledged implementations of the Fusion Incentive Compensation module in the Cloud. Hands-on in Business Process Modeling and simplification. Hands-on experience in Analysis & configuration of compensation plans, Credit rules, custom components, credit and classification rules in Fusion Incentive compensation. Candidate must be able to analyze all transactional and configurational data and able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases. Candidate must have experience in leading client resources in the capacity of a Subject Matter Expert / Architect. Good oral and written communication skills .
