Duration: 12+ Visa: NO H1B/CPT Interview: Video Job Description Job Summary: Our client is seeking a talented Cache Database Administrator/Developer with expertise in EPIC Clarity, Cogito, and Caboodle modules to join our team. As a crucial member of our healthcare IT client project, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Cache database solutions to support HL7 database work, particularly within the context of EPIC systems. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your in-depth knowledge of EPIC Clarity, Cogito, and Caboodle modules to ensure seamless data integration, analytics, and reporting capabilities for our healthcare client. Responsibilities: Collaborate with EPIC application teams and healthcare stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Cache database solutions. Design, develop, and maintain Cache database structures, particularly for EPIC Clarity, Cogito, and Caboodle modules, to support data storage, retrieval, and analytics needs. Configure and optimize EPIC Clarity data models, Cogito data warehouses, and Caboodle data marts to facilitate efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Implement and manage HL7 interfaces and data exchange mechanisms to ensure interoperability between EPIC systems and external healthcare applications and systems. Perform database administration tasks, including installation, configuration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and security management, to ensure high availability and reliability of Cache database environments. Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, data dictionaries, and operational procedures, to support knowledge sharing and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure successful implementation and integration of Cache database solutions. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Cache database management, EPIC systems, and healthcare data analytics. Required Skills Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience as a Cache Database Administrator/Developer, with a focus on EPIC Clarity, Cogito, and Caboodle modules, in a healthcare IT environment. Proficiency in Cache database administration, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Extensive experience with EPIC Clarity data models, Cogito data warehousing, and Caboodle data marts, including configuration and optimization. Strong understanding of HL7 standards and experience with HL7 interface development and integration. Hands-on experience with EPIC systems, including EPIC Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, and other EPIC modules, is highly desired. Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and security best practices for healthcare data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a client-facing role and multidisciplinary team environment. Certifications such as Cache Certified Expert (CCE) or EPIC certification in Clarity Data Model, Cogito Administration, or Caboodle Data Model is a plus.
