Analyze business requirements and translate them into feasible SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement solutions. 2. Design, configure, and customize SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement functionalities to enhance system performance and meet business needs. 3. Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and developers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. 4. Conduct system demonstrations and training sessions for end-users. 5. Lead and participate in system testing and troubleshooting activities. 6. Identify and prioritize system enhancements and process improvements. 7. Provide guidance and expertise in integrating SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement with other SAP modules and external systems 8. Maintain documentation of system configurations, specifications, and user guides. 9. Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement functionalities and provide recommendations on the implementation to optimize business processes in future state. 10. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and optimize SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement best practices. Contract Description We currently have a contract opportunity for a Procurement Consultant to lend specific subject matter knowledge around S/4HANA implementation. Looking for an experienced production planning consultant who has experience in S/4HANA implementations. Below is the expected experience for this role. Must have experience in implementing core production planning module in a discrete environment on S/4HANA Experienced in running design workshops and gathering business requirements related to production/process orders Has led the effort in developing master data like bill of material and master recipes Expertise in explaining and developing the master data dependencies of work center, cost center, activity types and control key usage Has experience of connecting SAP to other third-party systems to gather shop order confirmations Hands on configuration experience of setting up production order types to enable cost collection and support inventory movements Understand key reporting capabilities available in SAP and can explain the reporting options to the users Has experience in writing the functional specification documents for interface/integration requirements Has a good understanding of inventory movements and backflushing functionality Can write the get sign offs on business process design documents and configuration rational documents Will be responsible for supporting end to end testing on process orders Will be able to liaison with data team to develop overall data migration plan for master data required for production processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field and relevant SAP certifications are highly desired. 10+ years' experience as an SAP Sourcing and Procurement Consultant or Solution Architect. At least completed 5 End to End SAP Implementations and solid understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement module functionalities and their integration with other SAP modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement configurations and customization. Knowledge of APEX, Informatica and Coupa Integration will be a plus and has proficiency in ABAP programming and debugging as well as experience in full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations, upgrades, and support projects (Green field implementations will be a plus). Knowledge of construction manufacturing industry-specific SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement best practices. Project management skills and familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
