| From: Sushmita Soni, Sonitalent [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi Hope you are doing well , We are looking for SAP Archiving/ILM Resource Job Description Job Title- SAP Archiving/ILM Resource Location-Remote Mode Of Interview-Phone/Skype A&D industry experience is preference Job description: A detailed understanding of ILM, classical archiving, DaRT, and related areas. Ability to configure ILM objects and document the details. Support overall project documentation and deliver on time. Work independently to trouble shoot the issues (long run time, data overflow, etc.). Plan long running jobs in weekend/week nights in consultation with BASIS/Infra team and FI team (Month-end activities) Knowledge of storage plate forms such as Opentext (Cloud and on-prem) and application of ILM rules on data/documents. Maintenance of storage repositories and configuration (ILM store). Ability to review corporate retention policy and map it to SAP ILM objects. Familiarity with ILM features such as, ILM notification, custom enhancements, and BADI concepts. Execute and capture archiving test results. Work with business for functional testing initiatives. Why do we need additional staffing We would need ILM expert for the following tasks: Carry out/support detailed business, legal requirements gathering/workshops and publish findings (for Leidos, MFC, and Aero). Perform specialized configuration of ILM components - policies, rules, and ILM objects (1LMX S/4 system). Enablement of ILM-RM function on S/4 and ECC (legacy systems) with business functions and services. Maintain and operate SLT and ILM-RW systems for legacy system retirement. Configuration for classical archiving, and related areas (OpenText repositories, files systems, delete/storage programs). (Multiple BAs) Review and inclusion of custom tables into archiving schema. (Multiple BAs) Development support for enhancement of existing ILM and archive objects to meet LMCO specific requirements. (Multiple BAs) Migrate localized (On-Prem) documents onto a unified Cloud based document repository (OpenText). Collaborate with Analytics teams for data lakehouse reporting requirements for legacy data. Preparation of project documentation such as test scripts, cutover plan/execution, mass archiving plan/execution, status reporting, and functional specs.
