| From: Ashley, NCS [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hybrid role : DevOps Engineer This is a urgent requirement Health care, in Columbia Green card or citizenship or EAD Responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet our customers needs. Collaborate with the development team to design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions. Assist in building and maintaining development, testing, and production environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, network, and application performance. Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues. Deploy updates and fixes and provide Level 2 technical support. Write deployment, configuration, provisioning, monitoring, and other scripts as needed in addition to the existing DevOps tools. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Required Skills & Experience Experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role. Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages like Python, Powershell, or Bash. Good knowledge of MS SQL Server and in writing SQL Queries, and procedures. Experience in using version control tools like Subversion (SVN), GIT. Experience in Azure Cloud. Experience with CI/CD systems. Familiarity with RESTful APIs is a plus. Proficient in debugging complex systems. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
