Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL standards. Utilize advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to architect solutions that meet business objectives. Obtain and maintain relevant certifications including Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Master Architect (CMA). Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise software and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, or FHIR/HL7 protocols. Automate business processes within ServiceNow, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM functionalities. Manage ServiceNow upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to existing services. Utilize Performance Analytics and reporting tools to derive actionable insights from ServiceNow data. Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from conception through to completion, utilizing strong project management skills. Provide training and coaching to team members and users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices. Implement security practices and role-based access control within the ServiceNow platform. Demonstrate proficiency in scripting languages supported by ServiceNow including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and compliance requirements. Qualifications: ITIL certification is required. Advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with a deep understanding of its functionalities, architecture, and modular structure. Previous experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise software and third-party applications. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading successful ServiceNow implementation projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and coach team members and users. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
