Role: UI/UX Designer Location: Albany, New York Duration: 32 Months Job ID: SLG - 19 - 9492 Client: NY State Duties Managing a team of junior designers Consulting with stakeholders to understand business goals. Planning and conducting user research, as well as explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders. Developing user models and scenarios Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows Creating and iterating on prototypes Conducting usability testing and analysing user feedback and activity and iterating to improve the user experience. Assisting with content development Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Other duties as assigned. Mandatory Requirements Experience (10+ Years) Requirements This is an 100% Onsite Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Specialist. Four (4) or more years of experience in UI/UX experience design on full life cycle of design deliverables (wireframes, mock-ups, journey maps, prototypes, story boards, user surveys). Four (4) or more years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma. Experience with User research, user modelling and usability testing. Desirable Qualifications: Experience with User research, user modelling and usability testing. Experience with CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript. Three or more years of experience in supervising employees. 4Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human-computer interaction or design related field.
