| Title : Dot Net Solutions Architect Client: Virginia Information Technology Agency Schedule: MOSTLY REMOTE in Richmond, VA (Must be able to come onsite for occasional meetings) Interview: VIRTUAL All visa Length: 12+ Month Our client CAI/VITA is looking for a Solutions Architect for a HYBRID position based out of Richmond, VA. Responsibilities: A solutions architect is required to perform operations and maintenance support on legacy .net applications and as needed back up to fulltime resources supporting .net implementations. This individual will be expected to work with the current development team to quickly learn VITAs base system to support and expand it. Requirements: Experience in solutions architect experience. Experience in MVC, C#.net, VB.net, ASP.net, Oracle and/or SQL. Experience designing and implementing applications. Experience in technical leadership position to provide consultation and advice on major implementations that consider various technical options. Developing and implementing technical standards. Experience with utilizing Azure Dev Ops pipeline building for automated code deployments. Experience with architecture design to include hybrid on-prem/Azure Cloud environments, familiarity with NIST security standards. Experience in communicating and coordinating with internal business customers and IT analysts to determine software requirements and system impacts. Ability to collaboratively develop and deliver solutions with both onsite and remote teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
