The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and Pro Workforce Management (Pro WFM) Boomi integration platforms. As a UKG Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for seamlessly integrating UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) solutions into our clients' existing systems, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality. Key Responsibilities: Utilize expertise in Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) to design, develop, and implement integrations between UKG solutions and client systems. Configure and customize Pro Workforce Management (Pro WFM) Boomi to meet specific client requirements. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and integration needs, providing expert guidance and solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, including specifications, design documents, and test plans. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance. Provide training and support to clients on using integrated UKG solutions effectively. Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in UKG integration technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience working with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and Pro Workforce Management (Pro WFM) Boomi. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
