Skills Required: Program and/or Product Management experience delivering a variety of technical and business outcomes. Demonstrated track record driving cross-group collaboration, strong communication, and cross-org alignment. Experience working directly with engineering and platform teams to solve and unblock technical challenges, determine reference patterns. Ability to drive business outcomes through customer awareness, an understanding of partner business models, and key scenario identification. Detailed JD: Fabric product group, and other/related teams (OneRiver, Purview, AI Studio, etc.) to align on and catalog key reference architectures, manage/submit product dependencies, organize working session meetings / best practice sharing, help unblock delivery issues, support roadmap development for existing and new industry releases, and perform related tasks that drive consistency, efficiency, and clarity in our architecture and delivery enabling industry teams to deliver the very best for our customers and partners. Support strategic business programs that enable scale, such as around our new Industry ISV Certification program taking direct partner and customer feedback and the latest engineering patterns to shape a program (criteria, benefits, engineering guidance/patterns, etc.) that builds partner momentum and customer trust around certified Industry solutions bringing in best practices from the Fabric and related Industry AI efforts.
