Job Description 

TITLE: QA Tester

LOCATION: Columbus, Ohio- HYBRID(NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE)

WORK VISA: USC AND GC

Client- BBW

Qualifications:

    2-4 years of experience in the testing domain with demonstrated test experience.

    Retail experience.

    Omni Channel testing is preferred.

    Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).

    Experience working with multiple teams and integration across multiple applications.

    Experience delivering testing services in an onshore/offshore model.

    Experience with HP ALM for test and defect management.

    Organizational and planning skills.

    Strong interpersonal skills.

    Proactive participation in team environment.

    Strong documentation and communication skills.

    Takes pride in delivering quality work to meet the needs of clients and customers.

    What are the top 3 to 5 skills you are looking for from a candidate for both soft skills and technical skills web, mobile, and data validation experience

    Could you provide a little background on the department and the team they will be working on Do you foresee more projects coming down the pipeline for your team They will be part of the TCoE, but working on an Omni channel project with a test lead and other testers
