Experience in managing applications on Production Environments. Strong Knowledge of ITIL Concepts including Incident. change, problem Management. Experience in Monitoring tools & Ticketing tools like Service Now, BMC Patrol, Zabbix, etc. Automation experience related to applications. Strong analytical and communication skills. Hands on experience related to Certificate renewal.
