Title:Mac Support 

Location: CA Onsite 

Proactive management of macOS hardware resources:

Monitoring compliance with leases for macOS devices.

Assessing and monitoring macOS device requirements for departments, and ensuring demand is met in line with budgetary constraints and priorities.

Registering and maintaining accurate records of all macOS hardware (assets)

Providing proactive and prompt technical support to staff and students with macOS hardware or software issues.

Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software faults with macOS devices, and escalating jobs to third parties where appropriate.

Ensure that all Mac systems are secure against internal and external threats.

Install, configure, maintain and administer macOS devices within an Active Directory environment. Maintain and administer macOS Server, storage devices other network-based services
