Title: Network Data & Voice Lead Location: Denver, CO Duration:6-12 Months Good overall understanding of Network Cisco data and Cisco contact center voice Experience on transition, estimation, customer interaction Experience in administering and troubleshooting Cisco CUCM, CUC & other Cisco Voice Services Must have skill to articulate the overall design to the customer IT and the business team Hands On Experience to setup the new Contact Center (UCCE/PCCE), ICM Scripting, Call Flow Changes & schedule holiday 10+ years of experience with Network and Information Security related technology experience In-depth knowledge of Firewalls, IPS/IDS, Cisco ISE, ASA, Firepower and Palo Alto Firewalls In-depth knowledge in LAN, WAN and supporting networking technologies Expertise in different VPN technologies including site-to-site and remote access VPNs Hands on experience with Audit for Firewalls configurations and ACLs Monitor and take appropriate action from network alerts generated from tools. Experience using firewall security orchestration and automation tools Ability to convert and review firewall policies Conducting network forensics and network log analysis Security. Strong knowledge in security fundamentals: authentication/authorization frameworks (e.g., SSO, SAML, Oauth), secure transport (e.g., SSL, TLS), identity management (e.g., certificates, PKI) Firewall policies Application identification issues [App-ID] Logging and Monitoring Understands industry standards such as PCI DSS, PA DSS, PCI PTS, etc. and technologies used to collect, Experience with configuring next gen firewalls from Palo Alto, VMware NSX and Cisco Cisco ISE experience Be able to perform changes on multiple security platforms in organized manner Monitor all security related alerts from various security platforms and technologies and take appropriate actions |
