| Hello, Hope you are doing well..! Position: ServiceNow Architect/Developer Location: Baltimore, MD (Remote Temporarily) Need locals to VA, MD, DC Description of Work: Review requirements, develop solutions from conception to implementation, and provide recommendations to optimize ServiceNow investments. Act as the Principal ServiceNow application architect/developer, adhering to best industry and ServiceNow practices. Facilitate requirements gathering and document them accordingly. Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment, including applications, forms, workflows, UI policies, UI actions, business rules, ACLs, UI Builder, and other configurations to support client processes. Translate requirements and mock-ups into functional features by collaborating closely with the team lead. Develop JavaScript server/client code. Utilize update sets and XMLs for configuring and moving customer data between environments. Provide advanced support for ServiceNow, troubleshoot complex software problems, implement bug fixes, and conduct root cause analysis. Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with the team lead and other developers. Lead efforts in requirements gathering and document process workflows. Develop ServiceNow solutions and follow Agile methodologies for deployment from development to production. Offer guidance to ServiceNow developers. Perform any other duties as assigned or directed. Basic Qualifications: 7 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITAM (IT Asset Management) including SAM (Software Asset Management), CMDB (Configuration Management Database), Discovery, MID Servers, Workflow/Notifications, Workspaces, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, ACL Roles/Groups. 5 years of experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow using data loads, transform maps, and transform scripts. 5 years of experience in developing ServiceNow SAM Implementations. ServiceNow Certifications Experience in developing ServiceNow GRC/IRM Proficiency in JavaScript, REST, and SOAP integrations. Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio with UI Builder. Experience in designing and developing ServiceNow process flows and workflows. Proficient in executive/stakeholder level briefings. Excellent communication and written skills. Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.
