Data Solution Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision making across the agency by implementing data governance and data analytics solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Design and implement logical and physical data models to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
Map data flows between various systems and applications to optimize data movement and minimize errors.
Lead the development and implementation of a master data management strategy to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization.
Develop and enforce data quality standards and processes to maintain the integrity of ODAs data and ensure smooth exchange with the Innovate Ohio platform.
Champion and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data security, privacy, and accessibility within ODA and when collaborating with the Innovate Ohio platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within ODA and with the Innovate Ohio platform team to understand business needs and translate them into technical data solutions that enable collaboration.
Stay abreast of emerging data management trends and technologies, evaluating their potential application within ODA and for enhancing collaboration with the Innovate Ohio platform.

Mandatory Requirements/Time
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or a similar role.
Proven experience in designing and implementing logical and physical data models.
In-depth knowledge of data warehousing and data management concepts.
Expertise in master data management principles and best practices.
Strong understanding of data quality methodologies and data cleansing techniques.
Experience with data governance frameworks and procedures.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders within ODA and with the Innovate Ohio platform team.
Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.
