QA Engineer Location: Miami, FL MOI : 1st Round Video, 2nd : Onsite Hybrid 3 days Onsite We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with focus on manual testing of the product. Duties: Design and create test scripts to address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability in preparation for implementation. Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen(s) or content. Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope/delivery dates. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules or potential problems. Submit defects with repeatable steps and analyzing defects to ascertain sources and nature of defects. Communicate with Quality Assurance (QA), Development, and ADP business partner staff to ensure that testing/quality issues are documented, tested, and applied to established software product development timelines and deadlines. Provide stakeholders with timely status updates and applicable QA metrics throughout the SDLC. Identify, reproduce, and isolate bugs in both structured and open styles of testing. Required Skills: Minimum 3 years of professional experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience testing web-based applications. Experience with regression testing, smoke testing, data validation testing, test case creation, and Jira Experience operating in an Agile/Scrum environment.
