need to have Angular on the front end - this team is on Angular 17, but
they don't have to have 17 

AWS, EC2 S3, Lambda 

Jenkins, Tekton, or Gitlab
CI 

J2EE, Java 8 and up 

Microservices 

REST APIs, SOAP

AWS dev/architect certs preferred
