Key thing for this role is strong experience in Subscription management, usage pricing and subscription billing. Role Requirement: BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, and Finance, or related field or equivalent practical experience. Overall experience of 12 + years Must have at least 3 to 4 years hands on experience on building global billing solutions leveraging Oracle fusion Cloud, Oracle Subscription Mgmt., Oracle Financials Cloud, Fusion Payments, ACH remittance, Payments Architecture and overall Q2C Cycle. Should independently manage the work and business stakeholder for end-to-end delivery. Solution design and execute a complete global debit solution in Oracle cloud for direct debit of customer payments globally using payment methods such as ACH for US, SEPA for European Countries Brings industry perspective on best practices for handling global direct debit capabilities Solution design and execute a credit card payment solution where initiation if the payment should happen outside or Oracle e.g. in a webstore but recon and refunds should happen in Oracle Cloud billing as a CC payment Resolve major finance frictions such as accounting close, auto cash application, Cash reconciliation Excellent understanding of Agile development methodology Experience following a full lifecycle SDLC process, including creating technical designs, build and unit testing for complex requirements. Technical problem-solving skills with ability to work independently or in a team-oriented environment Good communications skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables Strong work ethic with flexibility and adaptability to change. Intellectual agility the ability to learn and act on new information quickly and efficiently. Strong communication as demonstrated through the presentation of strategy to different levels of the organization. Excellent written and verbal communications including content creation through various mediums.
