Under the supervision of the Director, develops and maintains public outreach material for the website via graphs, charts, spreadsheets, as well as private materials for use in meetings with onboarding and communicating with clients including hospitals and long term care facilities. Uses formal project management documentation and technical tools such as Microsoft Foundation Server and performs quality assurance and testing of the MPI. Provides problem anticipation and problem-solving ability. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress for and MPI initiatives. Ensures that all project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives. Identify and track issues, risks and action items and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
