| From: Divakar Kumar, NSD International [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Request Title: Oracle EBS R12 Inventory and Costing Lead Desired Start Date: 7/1/2024 Duration: 8 Months, Hrs/Wk:40.00 Work Location: Cleveland, OH (Remote + Travel) Description: Managing Business Applications Consultant Inventory and Costing Lead: - Design and configure all aspects of Oracle SCM implementation - Develop systems requirements, design, prototype, implement and rollout solutions - Write and maintain clear, concise functional and technical specifications for Oracle application and business system processes - Engage in project communications with client using a consultative approach. Anticipate obstacles and recommend solution options as they relate to the solution. Focus on client value and satisfaction while balancing corporate objectives, feasibility, and scalability of solution - Design and implement custom reports using Oracle reporting tools to address company needs and improve frequency, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting - Work and coordinate with other project team members and business users as needed - Produce and deliver documentation for design, training, and application administration - Operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement - Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on highly complex customer engagements - Effectively consult with management of customer organizations - Gain client acceptance of the implemented solution - Fully comprehend client requirements and translate them into implementable solutions using leading Oracle practices and processes, avoiding customizations wherever possible - Define and adhere to Fujitsu solution standards, estimates, processes, policies, and procedures. Familiar with other departments' methodologies including project management and development methodologies. Mandatory Skills, Certifications and Experience: - 10+ years Oracle ERP SCM related experience designing, configuring, and architecting all aspects of ERP (Min. 2 Years in SCM SaaS Cloud) - In-depth functional understanding of SCM functionality (INV, PO, OM, WMS). - Oracle Inventory and Supply Chain Modules experience (Inventory, Order Management and Purchasing) is required - Experience with Mobile Supply Chain Application preferable. - Experience of Configure to Order product supply chain is preferred. - Experience of Manufacturing modules is preferred. - In Depth Knowledge on Master data setup & Processes for SCM/WMS implementation - Involvement with a minimum of five (5) full life cycle Oracle SCM or WMS implementations - Excellent problem solving and debugging skills with experience in troubleshooting issues for ERP clients - Strong analytical skills and ability to think in a complex and rapidly changing environment - Excellent oral and written communication skills - BS degree in IT, Computer Science or related field - Ability to learn quickly -- -- Thanks & Regards..
