Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned SAP Business Reporting and Analytics Lead to join our team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in SAP ERP, particularly in the SD and FICO modules, and will be adept at leading, designing, and deploying business reporting and analytic solutions. This role involves close interaction with business partners, performing ad-hoc data analysis, and collaborating with engineering teams to implement and validate business solutions. (Contract) Role: - SAP Business Reporting and Analytics Lead Location: San Jose, CA Client is TCS Technical/Functional Skills Required Skills: At least 10 years of experience in SAP ERP Human Capital Management (HCM). 5-7 years of practical experience in SAP SD and FICO modules. At least one full-cycle implementation experience on S/4 HANA in a large organization. Experience developing custom Fiori reports. Experience supporting analytics and data domains in sales and finance processes, including quarter-end and year-end financial close. Good understanding of subscription business models and the importance of customer journey touchpoints for delivering intelligent insights for measuring conversion and retention. Experience with data warehousing platforms (SQL, etc.) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Ability to understand strategy, goals, and processes in the finance domain and translate them into business requirements and functional/system specifications. Strong commitment to completing assignments on time and clear communication skills. Desirable Skills: Additional experience in data warehousing platforms and business intelligence tools. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
