| From: khushboo, Digital Dhara [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role : Change Manager Location : Dallas, TX(onsite) Job Description: Implementing a strategy to support adoption of the change management techniques within the business Assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders Creating change management plans for projects or change initiatives acknowledging all aspects of change - analysis, plan, implementation, communication and other associated change considerations. Developing change management processes and tools to support the integration and engagement with change management principles. Preparing impact analyses and evaluation of the actual impact of changes Analyzing and preparing risk mitigation tactic and processes Close collaboration with the Projects Managers to integrate change management activities into the existing project plans Managing the input and output of the change management reporting systems for projects Capturing data and defining and measuring success metrics Consulting and advising project teams on change management Identifying opportunities and providing expertise to build resilience to change across the organization Proven in depth change management experience using a variety of change management methodologies Demonstrated knowledge and experience in change management and communications Proven experience in working in project teams and implementing a change program of work Strong verbal and written communication capabilities Managing risks and resolving challenges that impact change scope, quality, and schedules. Planning change windows and cycles across portfolios, components Managing relationships working on interrelated processes Managing, planning, and negotiating change activities Initiating and overseeing progressive change processes Conducting change readiness and milestone reviews Maintaining change schedules for every core service and ensuring it aligns with major vendors and other stakeholders Leading and coordinating checklist and deployment plan execution Managing the development of deliverables into production environments Validating change notes (implementation, Back-out, Risk assessment) Deployment management of deliverables to the test environment particularly guaranteeing that the external dependent items are available during the test runtime Must Have: Extensive project management skills. Strong analytical skills; problem solving; decision making in complex and ambiguous environment. Significant experience and understanding of working within complex change programs Wide exposure to operational, business, and technical issues and their respective needs. Proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines in complex and stressful environments. Ability to priorities and negotiate with competing demanding stakeholder requirements. Proven track-record of strong negotiation and influencing skills with senior stakeholders and technology company account directors.
