The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Azure infrastructure and ensuring seamless integration with DevOps tools and practices. This role requires a deep understanding of Azure services, infrastructure as code, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), automation, and monitoring. Responsibilities: Azure Infrastructure Management: Deploy, configure, and manage Azure infrastructure components including VMs, virtual networks, storage accounts, and Azure Active Directory. Monitor and optimize Azure resource utilization, performance, and scalability. Implement security measures to protect Azure resources and data. DevOps Integration: Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate Azure services into CI/CD pipelines. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager templates. Automate deployment, configuration, and provisioning of Azure resources. Manage Azure DevOps projects, repositories, pipelines, and release management. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Set up monitoring and alerting for Azure services using Azure Monitor and other monitoring tools. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues related to Azure infrastructure and DevOps processes. Implement logging and auditing mechanisms to ensure compliance and visibility. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for Azure infrastructure configurations, processes, and best practices. Provide training and support to team members on Azure services and DevOps practices. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure features, updates, and best practices. Identify opportunities to optimize and automate existing processes to improve efficiency and reliability. Drive initiatives to enhance security, performance, and scalability of Azure infrastructure. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as an Azure Administrator or similar role. Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, etc. Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in Azure.
