Excellent communication skills; able to easily explain Tableau functionality in terms business users can understand. Extensive understanding of physical data models and experience translating them to Tableau data sources. Able to quickly develop an understanding of business process and their relationship with data modelling. Extensive experience with developing Tableau data sources for self-service reporting. Able to independently develop Tableau data sources based on physical models and to build workbooks based on business test case requirements. Able to understand end-to-end business analytics requirements and how Tableau fits into the overall project delivery. Extensive understanding of relationships in Tableau and how they interact in Tableau dashboards. Able to explain these concepts to business users. Able to quickly respond to bugs and understand root causes to fix issues in Tableau or communicate with the BW/Denodo team to implement fixes.
