Job Title : Network Support Engineer Location : (Remote) Interview : Video Interview Job Description: Network Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, optimizing, and expanding our network infrastructure while providing exceptional customer service. We're seeking individuals who not only excel in advanced TCP/IP network troubleshooting but also possess a strong background in customer service, SFTP, VPN, and AWS cloud technologies. Additionally, experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Pulumi, and Mirth Connect from NextGen is highly preferred. Responsibilities: Collaborate with customers to understand their network requirements and provide tailored solutions. Perform advanced troubleshooting of network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructures. Utilize Terraform, Kubernetes, Pulumi, and other automation tools to streamline network operations. Configure and manage VPN connections, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity. Deploy and manage SFTP servers for secure file transfers. Leverage AWS cloud services to enhance network capabilities and scalability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in network infrastructure. Proactively monitor network performance and security, implementing preventive measures as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on customer-facing roles. Advanced proficiency in TCP/IP network troubleshooting and diagnostics. Extensive experience with SFTP, VPN technologies, and AWS cloud services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of solving complex network issues and providing innovative solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Terraform Kubernetes Pulumi Mirth Connect from NextGen.
