Must have 12+ years of experience. Local to NJ Only w2, NO C2C Job Description: Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in understanding user factors, interface design principles, and proficient in conducting user/stakeholder interviews. As a UX Designer, you will play a important role in gathering functional requirements from stakeholders and translating them into intuitive user interfaces. Your designs will serve as the blueprint for our UI and backend developers to implement. Responsibilities: Conduct user research / interviews to understand user behaviors, needs, pain points and usability testing sessions. Analyze data and feedback to derive insights and align design solution with business goals. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience. Create user journey, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. Ensure consistency in design and adherence to brand guidelines. Work closely with UI developers, backend developers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions. Clearly communicate design concepts, rationale, and specifications to developers and stakeholders. Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback and business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise. Expertise in user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
