The gap I am seeing from other candidates is that their profiles do not show strong testing experience with Cypress. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and versatile Full Stack Engineer to join our client's team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated End-to-End application tests, implementing package updates, and addressing code vulnerabilities to ensure the reliability and security of our software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated End-to-End application tests using Cypress or similar libraries. Implement package version updates, resolve code vulnerabilities, and optimize code quality using tools like SonarQube. Utilize a full stack toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, and enhance software applications. Apply Agile methodologies and participate in scrum ceremonies to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently. Implement Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and Test Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure application resiliency and security. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and milestones. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages. Strong experience with Python and various Python libraries. Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Django or Flask. Knowledge of frontend frameworks including React JS, Chart JS, or AG-Grid. Proficient in querying MySQL databases and optimizing database performance. Hands-on experience with software development tools like SonarQube, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, and Jenkins. Solid understanding of Agile and Lean principles, with experience in Kanban methodologies.
