Oversee the creation, maintenance, upgrade, patching, tuning, backup, and recovery of various MS SQL Databases Plan and manage the capacity of database management systems Performance Tuning and Optimization: work with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks Education: A relevant degree such as a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: At least five years of experience as a development DBA, with advanced knowledge of large, multi-terabyte databases in a 24/7 environment.
