| Position: SAP ABAP Technical Consultant Location: Loveland, CO, United States Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Technical Consultant with strong communication skills and expertise in SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for HANA. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP Technical roles and will be responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions in an SAP environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and implement SAP ABAP solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Design and build custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW) in SAP. Optimize SAP ABAP code for HANA performance. Debug and resolve technical issues in SAP applications. Provide technical support and maintenance for SAP systems. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. Document technical specifications and design solutions. Train and mentor junior ABAP developers as needed. Required Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP Technical roles. Expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including experience with HANA. Strong understanding of SAP architecture and modules. Proficiency in developing and optimizing custom SAP solutions. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAPUI5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Certification in SAP ABAP for HANA or related areas.
