Job Description: 5+ years of exp in Appian functional testing and Automation Testing activities for Appian applications, including test planning, test case development, execution, and reporting. Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications. Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand application functionality and identify test scenarios. Execute manual and automated tests to validate application functionality, performance, and security. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools for Appian applications. Identify, analyze, and document defects, and work with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues. Manage test environments and data, ensuring they are properly configured and maintained. Provide regular status updates on testing progress, including metrics and reports, to project stakeholders. Mentor and coach junior members of the testing team, providing guidance on testing best practices and methodologies. Stay up to date with Appian platform updates and industry trends in software testing and quality assurance.
