These are so that we can do a deeper screening. He would like us to screen the candidates before sending. DO NOT send them these questions, he would like us to ask the candidates these questions and type their answers to include with the submittals. He said all questions can be answered quickly, so if this list takes more than 15 minutes for the candidates to answer, they probably do not know AEM manager enough and should be eliminated from consideration. These are simple basics that they should be able to answer directly. Requirements: Adobe AEM implementation experience Architect level but MUST BE Technical Java development with Adobe experience AEM as a CMS Works on solution approaches and design AEM, target, analytics They use Azure but this person will most likely have multiple cloud platform experience No learning time, they need to hit the ground running This will Kick off the Adobe migration so they will be the person on the SHRSS team working with the vendor they have chosen for the implementation Sitecore to adobe almost everything will be migrated to adobe This has VERY HIGH visibility, all the way to Jim Allen.
