Role : Java Loyalty Lead Developer Duration : Long Term Contract Location : San Jose, CA (Onsite) Note - looking for a profile who has hybrid experience, means, has worked/implemented a loyalty product from the market, as well as has worked on in-house built product. JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of how a loyalty system works. 2. Has a very good hands-on experience in any Java based loyalty implementation - either in-house or out of market. 3. Has helped any clients in driving in the right direction in choosing , designing, and implementing a loyalty system. 4. Has any experience in analyzing and understanding of existing loyalty implementation. 5. Has knowledge, can think/recommend from Martech perspective , such as non-transactional marketing events. 6. Looking for SME & Tech Lead who will only focus on evaluation 7. Tech lead / Candidate will closely work with the current project team 8. Tech lead will work as an individual contributor and will not be involved in any other activity like development/ enhancement 9. Once evaluation is complete, tech lead will be involved in leading the implementation 10. Looking for an Onsite candidate. Preferred loc CA. The team often work from SF office Required Skills: 1. Good Knowledge in the Loyalty systems and Implementations(any of both inhouse built or market) 2. The candidate must have hands on experience in Java and Spring Boot microservices 3.
