Role: Java Developer Location: remote Visa: USC, H1B Type: 12 months Client: Solventum Mandatory Skill: Azure, IAM, Java, Node.js Duties: Strong background in custom applications development using both front-end and back-end technologies to support the IAM Ext Service. The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing robust applications that leverage modern technical stack. External Identity Management (IAMExt) Service is a One-Stop-Shop creating a single point of access for managing external identities and regulated profile data, simplifying compliance. As a bolt on front-end and business administrative layer for Okta, IAMExt abstracts some of the maintenance out of the Okta UI and enables custom logic for Solventum use cases resulting in reduced cost and complexity of implementing External Identity and User Profile Data Management for application teams. Mandatory Skills Develop and maintain high quality web applications using Javascript, Typescript. Proven experience in developing web pages, Single Page Application using HTML5, Sassy CSS, Bootstrap, React, Preact. Design and develop REST APIs using Node.js/Node Package Manager, SAILS.js, Express.js Develop Javascript applications using build tools like Vite, Web pack, Gulp Good experience with testing tools like Jest for Javascript. Expertise in testing using tools like Jest, Java Junit with code versioning GitHub Design, develop and test REST based APIs with acceptable response time. Collaborate with cross functional teams and work on Agile methodology with scrum Framework. Previous experience with Relational database on premises and/or cloud. Expertise working and integrating application with Microsoft Azure AD. Additional Skills/Bonus Qualifications Deploying using Openshift/kubernetes, CICD Jenkins pipeline, code quality check using SonarQube. Experience with Graph based database like AWS Neptune DB, Cosmos DB. Write Gremlin queries using Tinkerpop/Neo4j framework. Proven expertise in authentication and authorization using okta Identity Platform and access management. Experience with network protocols like HTTP, LDAP, RMI, RCP, IP, TCP, Sockets. Proficiency with container programming using Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift. Develop Java application using build tools Maven/Gradle and unit testing.
