The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data design, database architecture, and metadata management, along with proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform components such as Customer Data Profile, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Key Responsibilities: Develop blueprints for all data repositories, evaluating hardware and software platforms, and integrating systems, with a focus on Adobe Experience Platform solutions. Translate business needs into long-term data architecture solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Platform capabilities. Design and implement data models, schemas, and integrations to effectively manage and leverage customer data within the Adobe Experience Platform. Configure and customize Adobe Journey Optimizer to create personalized and seamless customer journeys across channels. Develop and maintain Adobe Experience Platform workflows to automate data processing, segmentation, and activation. Utilize Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to gain insights into customer behavior and optimize marketing campaigns and experiences. Review object and data models and the metadata repository to structure the data for better management and quicker access, ensuring alignment with Adobe Experience Platform best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement data architecture solutions that support personalized and seamless customer experiences.
